By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by hr2u through hr2u.co or our official mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and hr2u ("Platform"). The scope of this agreement covers all services offered, including online casino games, Sports Betting, lottery, e-sports, and any additional services hr2u may introduce from time to time.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account at hr2u. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. hr2u reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete if the information provided cannot be confirmed.
Password & Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. hr2u will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the hr2u platform agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information without authorisation
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
- Spreading offensive, threatening, or harmful content to other users
- Attempting to access other users' data or hr2u's internal system information without authorisation
- Abusing bonus or promotional programmes in ways not intended by hr2u
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and hr2u reserves the right to withhold any funds suspected of being involved in activities that breach these Terms.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the hr2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). hr2u accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including internet banking, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within minutes. hr2u is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or technical issues beyond our control.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by hr2u. Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account registered under the same name as the hr2u account. hr2u reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before approving any withdrawal.
Any attempt to evade taxes, launder money, or engage in unlawful financial activity using the hr2u platform will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Hr2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including: failed identity verification, suspected fraud, breach of terms of use, a user's own request, or internal decisions based on risk assessment.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the hr2u support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the registered bank account once all active bets are settled and verification is complete.
Platform Liability Limits
Hr2u is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including temporary service disruptions due to system maintenance.
The platform is provided "as is" with no express or implied guarantees of continuous, uninterrupted availability. hr2u will endeavour to notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hr2u platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of hr2u or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of hr2u's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The hr2u platform may contain links or references to third-party services. hr2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Hr2u reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out under the applicable laws of Malaysia.
